Hillwood has let the 12,897 sq ft Unit 6A at Access @ Eastern Gateway in Ipswich to TPS – a trade-only supplier of Volkswagen Group parts and products.
Two further units are currently under offer at the scheme leaving a 52,491 sq ft unit available for immediate occupation. The scheme is part of the wider Eastern Gateway commercial park.
Vanessa Penn, managing director of Penn Commercial, which acted for Hillwood on the deal, said: “We are thrilled that TPS Ipswich are occupying Unit 6A on a 15-year lease. This represents a significant investment on the part of TPS Ipswich who will be relocating their business from their existing smaller unit on Farthing Road. It is testament to their confidence in the future of the strategic Access @ Eastern Gateway scheme, and we wish them every success in their brand-new, upgraded premises.”
