Hollis has appointed Paula Gonzalez as the company’s new regional managing director for Europe.
Gonzalez, who has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate and construction, previously held leadership roles at JLL and private equity group Gloval Real Estate.
Effective 1 July, she will join the firm’s management board and lead its European operations, overseeing performance, client delivery and business development across key markets.

Paula’s commercial acumen, technical depth and leadership experience make her ideally placed to help us scale our platform and continue delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients across the region.”
