Hortons Estate has acquired the Sinfin Commercial Park multi-let industrial and logistics estate in the East Midlands in a “multi-million pound” deal.
The 26-acre site, which sits approximately two miles south of Derby city centre, consists of 21 fully occupied warehouse units, offering more than 135,000 sq ft. The site also includes almost eight acres of additional open storage and development land.
