Keepmoat has appointed Ciaran Aldridge as regional managing director to head up its Yorkshire east region.
Aldridge, who has more than 18 years of property experience, was formerly national property director at Aldi and divisional managing director at McCarthy Stone. He joins the team following the promotion of former regional managing director, Dan Crew, to divisional chair.
In his new role, Aldridge will focus on implementing land, construction and leadership strategies across East Yorkshire, to drive growth and deliver high quality, much needed affordable new homes in the region.
Aldridge said: “I’m thrilled to have been appointed by such a prominent, national homebuilder as it continues its exciting growth journey. I look forward to using my experience to enhance the fantastic results the region generates and provide the wider community with much-needed housing. Through its strategic partnership model, Keepmoat is committed to delivering high quality, sustainable homes and I’m eager to continue this effort.”
Crew added: “The whole team is proud to welcome Ciaran to the team – his experience and passion for the industry, alongside his drive for growth, will be invaluable as we continue to develop. With his leadership, we look forward to building on our strong track record of regenerating brownfield land and creating affordable homes that meet the needs of local communities.”
