HUB and Bridges Fund Management have secured planning consent for a new residential-led development at Pines Way in Bath.
The plans, which were designed by JTP Architects, will see 275 build-to-rent (BTR) homes and 179 shared/co-living homes delivered on a currently derelict site alongside extensive shared amenity and landscaping.
The development will also provide six new flexible commercial spaces totalling more than 1,100 sq m. HUB and Bridges are targeting BREEAM Excellent for the commercial space and 4* Home Quality Mark and Fitwel 3 stars.
