Node has appointed Ian Gibbs, formerly of Get Living, as COO and global head of operations.
Gibbs will be responsible for scaling the global alternative residential asset manager’s pan European and North American operating platform as it seeks to deliver a 7,000+ bed pipeline, with 4,000 beds due to be operational by 2025.
At Get Living, Gibbs headed up the executive leadership of neighbourhoods and operations and prior to that he held senior regional director and central operational roles at David Lloyd Clubs, and regional management positions at Starbucks.

I look forward to leading Node in its efforts to be a best-in-class operations platform that drives real value for residents and investors alike.”
Anil Khera, founder and CEO of Node, added: “Ian’s invaluable experience in built-to-rent, and customer centric industries will help us tremendously as we continue to scale and institutionalise our operations platform.”
