Indurent has completed three lettings across its South East portfolio, bringing all three assets to full occupancy.

At Indurent Park Purfleet in Essex, Indurent has pre-let a circa 51,000 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease to Italian logistics business Arcese.

At the 158,000 sq ft Edmonton Industrial Park in North London, Redo Print and Design has taken a unit on a 10-year lease and Indurent has also agreed a five-year lease with InPost for a circa 12,000 sq ft unit at the 121,000 sq ft Maxted Court estate in Hemel Hempstead.

Rupert Milne, director, head of logistics south at Indurent, said: “These three lettings reflect the breadth of demand we are seeing, from international logistics operators to fast-growing domestic businesses. By investing in refurbishment and active asset management, we are well placed to meet occupiers’ growing demand for high quality, well-connected space.”

DTRE and Savills acted for Indurent at Purfleet, Brasier Freeth represented the developer at Maxted Court and DTRE, Strettons and Glenny acted for Indurent on the Edmonton letting.
