Indurent has let a 119,372 sq ft logistics unit to DPD at Indurent Park Tamworth in Warwickshire on a five-year lease.
The T119 unit, which features EV charging, rooftop solar PV and a 750 kVA power supply, has achieved EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
Indurent Park Tamworth is located immediately off Junction 10 of the M42 and following the letting to DPD the park is now fully let.
