Indurent has let a refurbished 108,258 sq ft unit at Heywood Distribution Park near Manchester to Dealicious Mealz on a 10-year lease.
Unit M2 boasts a range of sustainability features, including a 100kWp rooftop solar PV array and EV charging facilities.
