A number of planning policies and initiatives, including the Planning and Infrastructure Act, National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) revisions and the Homes Building Fund, have recently been unveiled. Will these provide the magic required to help the property industry deliver the 1.5 million new homes Labour promised when it came to power, or are deeper market, finance and delivery fixes still needed?
