Ahead of the launch of the ‘Map the Gap’ campaign in collaboration with Cobalt Recruitment, BE News editor-in-chief Liz Hamson chaired a roundtable debate at UKREiiF in Leeds to explore issues such as where the biggest skills gaps are in the built environment industry, which roles are under threat from AI and employee versus employer sentiment towards the job market.
