Firethorn Trust has appointed Charlie Ingham as director of Firethorn Investment Management, its third-party investment, development and asset management services offering.
Ingham, who has more than 14 years’ experience working across investment strategy and management, capital raising and investor relations, was most recently a founding partner at Gerald Eve Capital Partners, which launched in 2020.
Prior to that, he held senior positions at Praxis Capital, Square Metre Asset Management and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
In his new role, he will be responsible for deploying Firethorn’s specialist expertise and full-service capabilities to owners, occupiers and investors, to maximise the performance of commercial real estate assets and development opportunities.
