Global consulting and advisory firm Jacobs has signed for circa 17,500 sq ft of office space at Vastint UK’s 24-acre Aire Park development in Leeds.
Jacobs will relocate its Leeds team from their current site in Holbeck to a new office at 3 South Brook Street overlooking the 8-acre public park. The scheme has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent, WELL Platinum and EPC A ratings.
Dan Westley, head of portfolio at Vastint UK, said: “Jacobs is a wonderful addition to the commercial hub we’re developing here at Aire Park. The business’ commitment to innovation and reinvention aligns perfectly with our ambitions for Aire Park and we are pleased to have the Jacobs team join our growing community. Once complete, Aire Park will feature over 800,000 sq ft of Grade A offices, creating space for over 10,000 workers, with an 8-acre public park at its heart. It will blend the dynamism of Leeds city centre with the tranquillity of nature, and we look forward to welcoming more businesses to come and be part of the Aire Park story.”
Richard Sanderson, executive vice president at Jacobs, added: “Leeds is a key location for Jacobs and relocating to Aire Park places our team at the centre of one of the city’s most significant regeneration projects. The new workspace supports flexible working and collaboration, while offering the benefits of a city centre location alongside high quality public space. It’s a move that works for our people and for how we continue to serve clients across the UK.”
Toby Nield, director at Savills, which acted jointly on the deal with Colliers, said: “Aire Park had a standout year in 2025. Vastint’s bold decision to bring forward speculative office development has been rewarded; we secured close to 140,000 sq ft of new lettings and Jacobs will be a great addition to an excellent tenant line-up. We continue to see huge demand for Grade A, future‑ready office space. Businesses are making more considered, long‑term decisions about where and how they locate, with Aire Park presenting a very compelling working environment.”
