JLL has hired Charles Fraser from flexible workspace provider Workspace to head up its flex team.
Fraser, who has worked in the flexible office market for more than 15 years having joined Workspace in 2009, will lead JLL’s national team to deliver flexible and managed space solutions for both occupier and landlord clients.
James Finnis, head of UK leasing advisory at JLL, said: “The flex and managed office sector continues to rapidly grow and evolve with different solutions, models and products. As the market grows it is blurring into the conventional market and the JLL team gives holistic advice, covering flex, managed and Cat A options. Charlie’s landlord experience will help the team provide expert advice to occupiers, landlords and operators in this dynamic sector.”
