Blue Coast Capital and Jansons Property have secured planning consent for a new 142,433 sq ft multi-unit logistics and industrial scheme at the former Dell HQ in Bracknell.

Dell Technologies formerly occupied 86,398 sq ft of office space at the 8.1-acre site, which is situated between the M3 and M4 corridors.

The new I&L scheme will comprise three units ranging from 15,782 sq ft to 72,672 sq ft.

Andy Jansons, managing director of Jansons Property, said: “This is a great example of what we do – take tired office sites that no longer work and turn them into high quality logistics space that the market requires. Bracknell is a strong location with very little modern supply, and this scheme allows us to unlock real value while delivering sustainable, future-ready buildings.”

John Stacey, managing director of UK real estate at Blue Coast Capital, added: “We are delighted to have secured planning approval for our proposals at the former Dell House, Bracknell. Working closely with our partners at Jansons Property, we look forward to bringing forward a best-in-class urban logistics scheme into this supply constrained market and to take advantage of the acute undersupply of quality space in this strategic location.”

The joint agents for the scheme are DTRE, Haslams Surveyors and Cushman & Wakefield.
