Joint venture partners Chancerygate and Hines have secured planning consent to deliver 166,500 sq ft of Grade A urban logistics space in Chadderton, near Oldham.
The Aurora Park development will comprise 18 leasehold units ranging from 4,700 sq ft to 20,500 sq ft, and has a projected gross development value of around £39m.
All units at the development, which will be located at Broadway Green, will be fitted with electric vehicle charging points and solar panels on their roofs. The joint venture partners are targeting EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings as a minimum.
