Joint venture partners HUB, Bridges Fund Management and Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) have selected Fresh to operate a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Leith, Edinburgh.
Formerly known as ‘Shore Station’, Fresh will mobilise, market, lease and operate the 604-bed Mantle Yard PBSA scheme.
Mantle Yard was designed by Edinburgh-based Michael Laird Architects and comprises six buildings on a former gasworks and naval yard site. The on-site amenity provision includes study rooms, a library, lounge, TV room, kitchen, gym and yoga spaces and cycle storage.
McAleer & Rushe has been appointed to deliver the scheme and completion is targeted in time for the 2027/28 academic year.
