Kajima Europe has appointed Andrew Ludiman from Homes England as head of development and investment for its partnerships business.
At Homes England, Ludiman delivered financial structures for housing and regeneration projects through joint ventures, funds and other strategic funding initiatives. Prior to Homes England, he was commercial director at Knight Dragon and director of investment at Capital & Counties.
In his new role, Ludiman will lead the company’s development and investment team to grow the regeneration, development and social infrastructure arms of the business. He will also join the board of Kajima’s regeneration joint venture with Genr8 Developments, Genr8 Kajima Regeneration.
Ludiman said: “I am excited to be joining the Kajima Partnerships team as the head of development and investment. In this new role, I am looking forward to taking the Kajima Partnerships business to a new level, aligned with the reinvigorated push for housing and regeneration by the UK government that promotes private sector investment, further strengthening Kajima’s market position to drive strategic growth and continue to develop projects that provide real social value.”
