Kennedy Wilson has agreed three new leases with blue chip tenants for around 50,000 sq ft of space at its 20 Kildare Street office scheme in Dublin.
The deals to Dentons, Aircastle and a global investment management firm mean the recently redeveloped building is now 76% let, with 16,000 sq ft of space remaining.

Kennedy Wilson embarked on the redevelopment of 20 Kildare Street in 2017 after assembling a portfolio of existing properties, including four Georgian buildings on Kildare Street, that date back to the 1750’s. The historic facades of the Georgian buildings have been restored and a new triple-height glazed atrium has been added, alongside a new terrace on the sixth floor.
The building has already secured LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum status and Kennedy Wilson is targeting WELL Gold certification for the space.
