Logicor’s Kennetside Industrial Estate in Newbury is now fully let after the developer completed two leasing deals.
Atkins & Potts has taken the recently refurbished 40,481 sq ft Unit C on a 10-year lease and TrellisWorks has taken the 10,618 sq ft Unit H, also on a 10-year lease. The industrial estate is located just off Bone Lane and offers convenient links to the M4, M3 and M25.
