UK investment agency Kimmre has bolstered its industrial investment team by hiring Charlie Nelmes from CBRE.
Nelmes spent nearly four years at CBRE, the majority of which were in the national valuation team, specialising in industrial and logistics valuations.
At CBRE, he worked with a diverse range of industrial clients, including REITs and developers.
Richard Peace, a partner at Kimmre, said: “Charlie has joined at an exciting time for the industrial sector and with Kimmre being involved in a number of complex development projects and portfolios to work on immediately. We look forward to adding his skills into the team for what looks like a busy 2025 ahead of us.”
