The freehold of the 170,000 sq ft Rotunda leisure scheme in Kingston has been put up for sale.
The scheme, which sits on a four-acre site in the heart of Kingston town centre, is 100% let with no voids.
Leisure operators Odeon, Tenpin and David Lloyd, which account for 78% of the scheme’s total income, have all extended their leases.
The Rotunda also counts Greene King, Pizza Express, Five Guys, Pop Playrooms, Kingston Escape Rooms and Kung Fu Diner as tenants.
There is an opportunity to restructure and extend some of the existing F&B leases in 2027 and incorporate potential new space at rooftop level.
Toby Hall, senior director of the operational real estate investment team at CBRE, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “We believe this offers a rare opportunity to acquire a genuinely prime leisure scheme in a thriving Greater London catchment with limited competition and with rents at conservative market levels with a strong real estate underwrite.”
