Kinrise has purchased the 27,000 sq ft 3-5 Bedford Row office building in Central London for an undisclosed price.
The Georgian building, which was marketed for sale for £22m, occupies a prominent position at the southern end of Bedford Row close to Holborn and Farringdon stations.
Behind its listed original façade, the Grade A office building has undergone a major upgrade and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Kinrise intends to reposition the building further and will offer a range of fully-furnished and blank-canvas office options.
