Knight Dragon has appointed Matt Hawkins from Mapeley as chief executive officer with immediate effect.
Hawkins takes over from Richard Margree who is retiring after spending more 12 years with Knight Dragon, during which time he helped to spearhead the company’s investment into its flagship Greenwich Peninsula scheme.
Sammy Lee, vice-chairman of Knight Dragon, said: “Matt’s strong career track record across numerous residential, commercial and hospitality schemes brings a wealth of multi-sector, prestigious development experience to our flagship project. The Knight Dragon board and I are delighted to welcome Matt to lead the next phase of Greenwich Peninsula’s growth and expansion alongside our team.
