Knight Frank has appointed Andrew Child as its new head of Central London property management.
Child, who joins Knight Frank from JLL, will work closely with head of property and asset management Michael Lewis, and leverage his experience to expand the existing Central London property management team.
During his career, Child has worked on several high-profile London assets including 22 Bishopsgate and 60 London Wall.
Child said: “I’m excited to work with Michael and the team to help clients in their journey towards net zero and to identify innovative new solutions to enliven, retrofit and enhance their assets and portfolios.”
Lewis added: “Andrew’s deep knowledge of the London office market and impressive leadership and property asset management credentials will be a valuable tool for our clients. His insights will allow investors to unlock the value of their portfolios, extend the life of standing stock and create smart, agile spaces which are optimised for occupiers in the post-Covid world of work.”
