Knight Frank has bolstered its Leeds office by hiring Richard Brooke and Brad Harris from Allsop as partners.
Brooke, who worked for Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining Allsops, specialises in capital markets and Harris, who previously worked for Dacre Son & Hartley and JLL, specialises in residential land and development.
Brooke said: “This is a major move and an important opportunity for me. I am delighted to have the opportunity to join Knight Frank and am ready to develop my career further with a world-renowned property consultancy. The capital markets team is the leading player in the Yorkshire region and I am excited to contribute to its continued success together with my fellow partner Graham Foxton.”
Harris added: “This is a major career move for me. It gives me the opportunity to develop Knight Frank’s residential land and development team in Yorkshire, bridging the gap between the residential and commercial development sectors.”
