Korean barbecue restaurant Kiji has signed for a 8,000 sq ft unit at 60 Curzon in London’s Mayfair.
The restaurant, which is due to open in 2026, will be located at the corner of Curzon Street and Bolton Street and will feature a bar, lounge and private chef room.
The eight-storey building also features 32 private residences, of which more than 50% have been sold.
Charles Leigh said: “This is another exciting chapter in the history of the icon that is 60 Curzon, and we are honoured to be involved in this moment: this team’s first foray into the UK after their outstanding successes globally. Not only are we welcoming a world-renowned restaurant into the development, but we are also paying tribute to the extraordinary legacy that came before. Kiji’s opening will play a pivotal role in the rebirth of Mayfair and positioning 60 Curzon as a must-visit destination in London.”
The letting was brokered by Distrkt and Matta.London with legal advice provided by CMS and Keystone Law.
