Landsec has secured an upsizing deal with litigation specialists Stewarts at 5 New Street Square in the City of London.
Stewarts has signed for an additional 21,000 sq ft, increasing its total space to 70,000 sq ft across three floors of the fully let building, which is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment.
The refurbishment will help to decarbonise the building and enhance the facilities, which will include a new and enlarged reception and a new communal terrace.

Landsec was advised on the letting by Newmark BH2 and Stewarts was advised by Cushman & Wakefield. Overbury is carrying out the decarbonisation works at 5 New Street Square.
