Landsec has unveiled details of its new MYO King’s Cross flexible workspace site, which is due to open in summer 2025.
The 80,000 sq ft development, which will be the largest MYO to date, features private offices offering 12 to 200 desks, wellness rooms, a members-only gym and a Grade II listed dedicated events venue with capacity for up to 200 people.
Designed by London-based SODA Studio, MYO King’s Cross will be the seventh in Landsec’s design-led flexible workspace offer and is part of the company’s strategy to expand the brand’s total footprint to more than 300,000 sq ft by 2025.
