Landsec’s 30 Eastbourne Terrace office building, opposite Paddington train station in London, is now fully let after global services marketplace Bark agreed to take more than 12,000 sq ft of workspace.
Bark has signed for an initial 3,309 sq ft of customised space on the building’s ground floor and is also taking 8,746 sq ft of ‘blank canvas’ space on the third floor.
Since March, Landsec has leased 28,000 sq ft at 30 Eastbourne Terrace to various organisations, including Orca Computing, CloudKitchens, Denodo, Forescout Technologies and Technology One.
