Proptech company Lavanda has launched an innovation lab to help operators in the build-to-rent (BTR), purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and serviced living sectors unlock the full potential of AI and other emerging technologies.
LavandaLabs brings together a multi-disciplinary team of technology, product and engineering specialists to tackle a range of challenges the sector faces as it navigates the fast-evolving AI landscape.
These include overcoming concerns around privacy, trust and safety, addressing the high costs and complexity of AI adoption, as well as preparing organisational data to fully exploit AI’s potential.
LavandaLabs is partnering with PBSA and BTR operators to explore how their portfolios can leverage AI to significantly enhance the resident experience by improving communications, driving lead-to-lease conversion rates, better enabling self-service and accelerating issue resolution.
