Law firm DMH Stallard has taken the 6,100 sq ft ground floor of MRP’s The Portland Building in the heart of Brighton.
DMH has signed a 10-year lease on the space and intends to consolidate a number of its Brighton offices into the 30,000 sq ft building, which is now 50% pre-let.
Situated on the corner of Church Street and Portland Street, the fully-electric office is designed to achieve EPC A, BREEAM Excellent and a WiredScore Gold rating. Designed by TODD Architects, The Portland Building will feature photovoltaic roof panels, secure cycle spaces accessed via a dedicated cycle ramp, shower facilities, a private courtyard and a communal roof terrace offering sea views.
