LendInvest Mortgages has promoted Rod McPherson to the role of head of distribution.
McPherson has more then two decades of experience in the UK property market, most notably in Scotland, where he has been business development manager since joining LendInvest in 2023.
The lender has also created a new patch in East London for business development manager Paige Archer (pictured). Archer began her property finance career as a receptionist for the LendInvest London office seven years ago and her new territory will include Romford, Southend-on-Sea, Bromley, Dartford and South West London.
