Occupier experience platform Locale has promoted Rob Maxwell to director of strategy and growth.
Maxwell, who joined the business in 2018 as account manager, was previously business development director at Locale and has been responsible for connecting in excess of 150 schemes within commercial and residential real estate with Locale’s digital solutions.
In his new role, Maxwell will help asset owners and operators to reimagine how their spaces are being used, assist senior leadership teams with change management from the ground up, and ensure that all initiatives place occupiers and residents at their centre.
