Logicor has let a 10,755 sq ft unit at Lawnhurst Trading Estate in Stockport to pet food subscription service The Cool Cat Club.
The unit is one of two warehouses at the trading estate that were recently refurbished to meet the demands of modern logistics occupiers. The remaining 11,336 sq ft unit includes a newly overclad roof and elevations, new roof lights, energy-efficient LED lighting, and an air-source heating and cooling system.
