London & Oriental has completed more than 16,000 sq ft of lettings at its 20,753 sq ft The Lock riverside office building in Leeds.
The building, which recently underwent a major refurbishment, is now 80% let following a deal with Gleeson Developments, which has signed a 10-year lease on two floors. Only one suite of 4,152 sq ft is available.
