U+I has leased more than 10,000 sq ft across two floors at its Circus Street development, in Brighton city centre, to tech company Electric Square.
There is now just 10,300 sq ft of space available at the BREEAM Excellent rated 31,352 sq ft Grade A The Office building, which sits at the heart of the new £130m mixed-use Circus Street development delivered by U+I and Brighton & Hove Council.

They join Hyve Managed Hosting who have been thriving on the top two floors of The Office since taking up residency last year. Just two floors are now available, totalling 10,300 sq ft.”
