Lookers has sold a former a former JLR/Lookers car showroom at 262 Maryhill Road in Maryhill, Glasgow, to a private buyer for an undisclosed price.
The 2.54 acre site provides approximately 49,621 sq ft of accommodation and comprises a split-level showroom fronting Maryhill Road, a detached vehicle workshop and former valet bay.
The site occupies a prominent corner position at the junction of Maryhill Road and Hopehill Road, immediately north of Glasgow city centre.

“The site attracted a wide range of users when brought to the market earlier this year, including retail, automotive and residential interest. Due to the high level of prospective buyers, the property was put to a closing date and 13 offers were received for the asset.”
