LRG has promoted four colleagues to director-level roles spanning customer experience, lettings operations and build-to-rent.
Donna Wright, who has been with the group for 36 years, has taken on the role of director of customer support and engagement, Wendy De Swart, who has worked for LRG for nearly 32 years, is stepping up from her current role of head of process and implementation to director of lettings implementation, Genna Handford has been promoted to director of lettings support centres and Justine Edmonds (pictured) is now director of build-to-rent.
Hannah Cooper, chief people officer at LRG, said: “These promotions aren’t about ticking a box. Donna, Wendy, Genna and Justine have each earned their place at director level through years of hard work and deep expertise. What I’m proud of is that LRG is a business where that work gets recognised.
