Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Ben Gilligan from Carter Jonas as a director in its valuations team.
Gilligan was an associate partner at Carter Jonas and prior to that he held positions at Curtis Bank and CBRE.
In his new role, he will based in LSH’s London office and will be responsible for valuations across all major commercial asset classes, investment and development as well as strategic land.
Gilligan said: “This is an exciting time to be joining LSH as it continues to grow its offering for valuations for loan security, financial reporting, pension and investment management as well as its footprint across the strategic site assembly arena. Combined with access to the wider Connells network, in terms of long-standing relationships with banks and financial institutions and access to some of the best development sites in the country.”
Jennifer Dunn, senior director and head of LSH’s London commercial valuation team, added: “I am excited to continue to strengthen the team and to welcome Ben as a senior hire to compliment and strengthen the team as we grow.”
