M Core has acquired four retail assets in Halifax, Exmouth, Brighton and Liverpool for an undisclosed price.
The company has purchased Broad Street Plaza in Halifax (pictured), Chapel Street Retail Parade in Exmouth, retail units at Abacus House on London Road in Brighton, and Bleasdale Shopping Centre in Aintree, Liverpool.
The Broad Street Plaza leisure and retail scheme is located in Halifax town centre and is anchored by PureGym, Wetherspoon’s, Vue Cinema and Nando’s. Chapel Street Retail Parade comprises seven ground floor retail units totalling approximately 21,700 sq ft, located within Exmouth’s primary shopping area.
The retail accommodation at Abacus House forms part of a mixed-use development on London Road, one of Brighton’s principal arterial routes, and Bleasdale Shopping Centre is a fully let neighbourhood retail parade in Aintree, comprising nine retail units, an office, and four self-contained residential flats above, totalling approximately 17,700 sq ft.

Our in-house team will focus on occupier retention, void reduction and long-term decisions that protect income and support the communities these assets serve.”
