Quadrant has appointed Sam Butler as associate partner and promoted Pei-Wen Yen to equity partner.
Butler joins the firm from Chancerygate where he managed a UK multi-let industrial development portfolio. Prior to that, he worked on an investment-focused team at Frasers Property Australia. At Quadrant, he will support investment execution, underwriting assets for acquisition, including coordinating due diligence.
Yen (pictured) joined Quadrant in 2021 as associate partner with an initial focus on retail assets, having previously worked for Sainsbury’s, Almacantar and Rothschild & Co. She was made a partner in late 2022 and her appointment as equity partner follows her recent promotion to head of transactions.
John Maddison, managing partner at Quadrant, said: “We welcome Sam and congratulate Pei on her promotion. At an interesting time for real estate markets, our clients and partners rely on us to bring the very best people to deliver optimum outcomes. Pei has proven she can consistently deliver outstanding results and will be a valuable addition to our senior team, while Sam has a wealth of relevant experience, further broadening our capabilities as we continue to grow.”
Butler added: “I’m excited to be joining Quadrant. The UK market provides significant opportunities for investors able to identify the right assets to acquire and develop, and Quadrant undoubtedly has one of the most respected teams in the industry to help them at all stages of the process.”
