Mace Interiors has been appointed by Capital 38 and Morgan Capital to undertake the refurbishment of the 85,000 sq ft 21 Bloomsbury Street in London’s Bloomsbury conservation area.
The three-phase £40m project will involve the extensive refurbishment of the existing building and raise 21 Bloomsbury’s sustainability credentials to BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, WELL Platinum and net zero in operation.
The refurbishment will retain 95% of the original structure and is due to complete in early 2025.
