Maro Developments has secured planning permission for a 313,000 sq ft logistics warehouse in Knowsley.
Designed by Fletcher Rae, the Mercury 62 scheme will be built on a 22-acre site located south east of junction six of the M62.
The warehouse will be built to the highest industry standards and incorporate market-leading sustainability features, with Maro targeting BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating for Mercury 62.
Construction of the new warehouse is expected to commence in September 2025.
