There is potential to enhance performance further through targeted capital expenditure and strategic repositioning, which could include increasing the number of bedrooms within the existing building envelope, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.
The hotel is offered with vacant possession and is unencumbered by brand or management agreements.
