Beauty retailer Space NK has signed for a circa 5,000 sq ft store at the Silverburn retail and leisure scheme in Glasgow.
The new store, which is the retailer’s second in Glasgow, is located on the ground floor of the scheme and Space NK is targeting a Q3 2026 opening date.
Alberto Esguevillas, CEO UK retail at Eurofund Group, said: “Having significantly strengthened the retail offer at Silverburn, our strategy is now focussed on bringing only the ‘most wanted’ brands to the centre. Space NK sits firmly within this category and is a complementary addition to our existing mix of beauty and fashion brands.”
Henderson Park and Eurofund Group were represented by Culverwell and Time Retail Partners.
