MCS Group has completed the £12.4m third and final phase of 12 warehouse and distribution units totalling 167,800 sq ft at Tungsten Park, Witney, in Oxfordshire, on behalf of Tungsten Properties.
Tungsten Park, which is located just 600m from the A40, now totals more than 468,000 sq ft and each self-contained unit has office space, car parking, service yards, drainage, landscaping and facilities for incoming services.
