Milligan has made two strategic appointments as the business continues to expand its asset management and regeneration capabilities.
Mike Allison has joined the company as senior asset manager from Eatos Group. Allison, who previously worked for the likes of The Arch Company and Evans Property Group, has extensive experience of managing complex retail and mixed-use portfolios.
Milligan has also strengthened its regeneration expertise with the appointment of Helen James as senior project manager. James, who has more than two decades of industry experience, will play a pivotal role in supporting Milligan’s expanding pipeline of development work in the South West.
