Felicity Jones has joined Mishcon de Reya’s commercial real estate team as a consultant and co-chair of the firm’s hotels group.
Jones previously worked for Watson Farley & Williams and is renowned for her expertise in the hotels and hospitality sector.
Her experience includes advising on management and operating agreements, franchise structures and sale and leaseback arrangements, as well as guiding clients through the intricacies of cross-border deals in markets ranging from the UK to the Middle East.
