MK2 Real Estate has promoted Louise Lokucewicz to director.
Lokucewicz, who joined the firm’s property management team in 2022, has worked in the commercial property industry since 2010 and previously enjoyed stints at BNP Paribas Real Estate, JLL and Lambert Smith Hampton.
At MK2, she is responsible for advising a variety of clients including Christian Vision, Our Coop, Watkin Property Ventures Investments and Brighton STM.
Marcello Della Croce, who heads up the property management team at MK2 Real Estate, said: “Louise has made a strong and consistent contribution to the evolution of our property management team.
